We specialize in turning creative ideas into engineered cardboard structures built for show floors and brand experiences.

Structural design & engineering

We focus on the framework: engineering cardboard components that are durable and easy to assemble. Every booth is carefully designed for stability, balance, and performance on the show floor.

Graphic integration

Once your booth layout is approved, we provide digital templates that allow your design team to add artwork and branding. Our production team reviews all files to confirm the correct setup and compatibility before printing.

Booth production

All fabrication is done in-house using recyclable cardboard, UV printing, and precision cutting. Components ship flat, assemble quickly, and meet most show requirements.

Crating & shipping

We offer durable, reusable 4x8' shipping crates to protect your booth during transport. All logistics are coordinated through trusted third-party freight partners for reliable delivery to your advance warehouse or directly to the show venue.

Installation options

We provide instructions for a smooth setup. Choose DIY installation or our on-site, guided option to meet union labor requirements.

Specialty builds

For brands looking to make a bold impression, we design and fabricate custom sculptures, themed props, and experiential spaces that turn ideas into engaging showpieces.

FAQs

We have already answered some frequently asked questions for you

  • Can the booth be reused?

Yes, many clients reuse their booths throughout their yearly show schedule, especially when components are handled carefully and stored properly after each event. While we can’t guarantee reusability due to the nature of the material, our structures are designed with durability in mind and can hold up well with the right care.

  • How far in advance should we book a project?

We recommend at least 8-10 weeks before your show date, though schedules may vary by project size and complexity.

  • Can we install the booth ourselves?

Yes, most of our booths are designed for DIY setup with image and/or video instructions, no tools required.

  • Can you design our graphics?

No, our team focuses on structural design and production. We’ll provide templates so your design team can add graphics in the correct format.

  • Can you match specific colors or materials?

Yes, we print using UV ink that matches most CMYK or Pantone colors.

  • Do you provide color proofs before production?

To keep production efficient, we do not send printed or digital proofs. Instead, we review all files to ensure proper setup before printing.

  • Do you offer on-site installations?

Yes. We can provide an on-site lead to help oversee installation. On-site assistance includes additional fees to cover travel expenses and labor costs, which vary by location and show schedule.

  • What if our venue requires union labor?

We also offer hybrid installations that meet union requirements, typically involving one carpenter and one electrician.

  • How is the booth packed?

All booths are shipped in durable, reusable 4'x8' wooden crates to protect panels during transport and handling. Crating is required for every project.

  • Do you handle shipping?

We can coordinate shipping through our trusted third party carriers, or you may arrange your own. Once crates leave our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier or client. We can arrange delivery to either the advance warehouse or directly to the show site.

  • What is the cost of a booth?

Pricing depends on booth size, complexity, and features. We’ll provide a detailed estimate once we review your concept and show requirements.

  • Do you have pre-designed or template booths?

We’ll be launching our Template Ready Booth Gallery in late 2026, offering pre-engineered, budget-friendly options for smaller exhibitors.

  • How much weight can your booth components safely hold?

Our structures are engineered to safely support common trade show needs. Cardboard chairs can hold up to 250 lbs, and our couches up to 600 lbs. Our walls can safely hold flatscreens up to 55" with added supports for stability. We offer shelving options to hold most small to medium-sized products.

  • Do you work only with cardboard?

Cardboard is our main material, but we occasionally integrate elements like acrylics, aluminum composite materials, foamboard, metal merch hangers, and lighting when a project calls for it.
